At a time when many families across the country are facing uncertainty due to economic challenges and a federal government shutdown, Kodak Black turned November 11th into a powerful day of hope, service, and togetherness with the return of Kodak Black Day, a free community play day and exclusive Meet & Greet held at the Boys & Girls Club of Delray Beach.

Hosted from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the event brought together families, youth, and community members for an uplifting day centered on giving back. Presented by the Zachariah McQueen Foundation and P.R.O.J.E.C.T.S., Kodak Black Day delivered much-needed relief and joy through free groceries, hot meals, gift cards, games, and live music — creating a festive and supportive environment for all in attendance.

November 11th holds special significance for the Grammy-nominated artist and Florida native. In 2023, Florida State Senator Bobby Powell officially proclaimed the date as “Kodak Black Day” in Palm Beach County, recognizing Kodak Black’s continued philanthropic efforts and dedication to serving South Florida communities. This year’s event further honored that legacy by placing community care and youth empowerment at the forefront.

Fans who attended Kodak Black’s November 1st Fort Lauderdale concert were granted exclusive access to a private Meet & Greet during the event with proof of ticket purchase. In addition, Boys & Girls Club members and local families were welcomed to participate in the full day of activities, reinforcing the event’s inclusive and community-driven mission.

Kodak Black’s commitment to South Florida extends far beyond music. Through the Zachariah McQueen Foundation and ongoing personal initiatives, the Pompano Beach native has consistently invested in tangible community support, including:

  • Paying rent for over 200 families at risk of eviction

  • Donating 100+ air-conditioning units to seniors and public housing residents

  • Providing thousands of turkeys and holiday meals across Broward and Palm Beach Counties

  • Funding scholarships for children of fallen FBI agents and students from underserved communities

  • Supporting Haitian relief efforts with essential supplies

  • Receiving the Key to the City of Pompano Beach for his continued service

Kodak Black Day served as a powerful reminder that even during uncertain times, community support can make a lasting difference. The event reflected a shared belief that unity, compassion, and cultural leadership can help bridge gaps where traditional systems may fall short.

SouthPromo.com proudly supported the amplification and visibility of this impactful community initiative, continuing its mission to highlight events that merge culture, service, and meaningful outreach across South Florida.
